Gaming Day
After a bad night, I decided to not go out today and play some games instead, so well, I took my old and full of dust SNES, yeah, it actually works, because I like to take care of my things, so well, plugged it to the TV, and yay I played Killer Instinct (I fucking love that game)
Also played Super Mario World but just quickly, because now I’m bored of that game.
So, Then I wanted to play Yoshi’s Island, but I don’t own that game, so I went to my computer and ran Zsnes, I have lots of roms (like 350 or 400) and tried to play it, oh no!, it doesn’t work!, Then I tried it in mom’s computer (with znes running under windows), and wtf?, it works, it was the same file, but DOH!, not the same version of zsnes so I guessed that the version 1.40 (the one in the ubuntu repository) had some bugs with the SuperFX based games for snes, so ok, no problem, I got the latest version and compiled it, so here I am, obsessed with it.
Btw, I made an Zsnes 1.42 package just in case I need it later, but if someone wants it, it’s available here: http://tecnovm64.com/packages/znes_1.42ubuntu1-1_i386.deb
It’s made for ubuntu, but it should work for Debian, :).
